Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Workmanship defects
- Magnetic core failures
- Primary and secondary winding failures
- Hermetic tank leaks (first 2 years)
- Bushing and connector failures
- Dielectric oil defects
- Level and temperature indicator failures
Exclusions
- Damage from electrical overload
- Damage from external short circuit
- Damage from natural phenomena (lightning, floods, earthquakes)
- Damage from vandalism or theft
- Unauthorized modifications by EMINSA
- Lack of preventive maintenance per manual
- Operation outside specified parameters
- Damage during transport or incorrect installation
- Normal wear of consumable components
Claim Process

Report the problem
Contact our technical service department with the equipment serial number.

Technical evaluation
A technician will evaluate the equipment to determine the cause of the failure.

Diagnosis
You will receive a report with the diagnosis and warranty coverage decision.

Repair or replacement
If the warranty applies, we will proceed with the repair or replacement of the equipment.
Requirements to Validate the Warranty
- 1Present original purchase invoice or equivalent document.
- 2Provide the equipment serial number visible on the data plate.
- 3Document preventive maintenance records according to the manual.
- 4Report the failure within the current warranty period.
